WHAT IS PARADISE FALLS MAIL?
Paradise falls mail co. is a non profit, monthly mystery box service with no subscription. Each month, 4-7 different small businesses will team up to bring you a special treat box with at least £40 worth of goodies inside!
WHAT DOES NON PROFIT MEAN?
Paradise Falls Mail Co. does not make any money! We organise, pack and ship your boxes at no cost. The payment you make will cover the cost of the box itself, the items in the box and the postage. All participating small businesses offer a discounted rate to us for their products to allow us to give you great savings.
CAN I RETURN THE BOX/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, as you're buying a mystery box with items custom made for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any of our boxes. Your order is immediately made to order by each of our small businesses, some of which are box exclusive and not available anywhere else.
CAN I BUY LAST MONTHS BOX?
Each box is only available for around 1-3 weeks during pre-order. After this time, it's not possible to buy that particular box.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Each box is sold as a pre-order so that each maker can meet the demand of sales. Your box will be shipped 2nd Class on the 1st Monday of the month. For example, if you purchase "October's box" in September, it will be shipped on October the first Monday in October. It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive (UK)
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At the moment, we are only shipping to addresses within the UK as international postage is not currently cost effective.
ARE THE BOXES UNISEX?
All tees are unisex but some of the box items may be more feminine in nature. We try to provide a range of products in each box but we can't ensure that each box will have all unisex products.

As our boxes are not eligible for exchange/refund, please check the sizing before you order.
